“Staff was helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. I dropped a item on the floor and was able to see under the AC unit it was filthy, looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. I've stayed at this property before and was satisfied. I would return however I will check room for clean standards. Not crazy with dogs in hotels but that's the way of the world.”

“I was glad they had food and beverage on premises, otherwise one would have to uber somewhere. There was one huge disappointment... the one and only waitress/bartender had the worst customer service I've had in a looooong time. She was unwelcoming and went in the corner and talked on her phone at times. My order came up and the kitchen 'dinged' that it was up, and she just continued talking on the phone for a couple of minutes. After serving it, she went right back on her phone. She wasn't rude...

“I liked the property because it had everything we needed for our stay the only thing I did not like was that they never came to clean our room not once during the stay. Other than that it was nice location for the price. Not much food options around near by either. .”

“We really enjoyed our stay but the staff made an error I need to report. We checked in early (3PM) and were assigned a room. It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. However, the room we were assigned had 2 queen beds and the room he was assigned had 1 king bed. It was impossible for him to accept that room because it was not possible to sleep 4 people in one king size bed. So, at 10:30 PM...

““The breakfast is exactly the same every day. There is no room service available. My room was not cleaned or serviced for four consecutive days.””

“Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. ”

“Very dirty, toilet had feces on it. Bed wasn't made. When I went to my room someone was in the bed!! Worse experience ever!!”

“The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable andwe liked the separate living area. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had, and fixing our TV when we couldn't figure it out. Plenty of parking, but there were huge potholes around the back parking.”
