“The gym was missing 1 25# dumb bell. Everything else in the gym was just fine. I did a tai chi workout in the pool the temp was fine and the depth of the pool was just right for resistance. The breakfast at this property is a little iffy quiche bowls and burnt bacon were on my list and funky breakfast sandwiches. But hey I slept great everything thing was clean and equipped. It was a almost great stay.”

“Room was ok, it was one of the cheapest options and I was travelling solo, so it was a not a bad experience, but the bathroom did have some hairs on the vanity and tub, and the sofa and chair on the room were really dirty. Got a room near the front desk and there was a lot of noise at midnight.”

“We were not able to enjoy the vacation because the room we slept in was terrible because it sounded like moving furniture and banging on the floor. Then, we raised our concerns throughout our entire stay but nothing happened. The bathroom was disgusting because it insects like cockroaches in the bathroom. They also charged for damaged utility fee, which we don't know what is that for. The smell was also horrid and bad. We were also charged for early checked in when in fact we checked in late. I...

“Hotel is located in a good area with a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall it’s a pretty good hotel, but be aware Sonesta charges a daily parking fee, has a limited cable TV package, does not have a restaurant, and does not makeup room during your stay unless you specifically request it.”

“Very clean rooms! Loved the breakfast and evening food. I also loved that they have a restaurant that’s open until midnight. I had medical scans one day, came to room after being at MD Anderson all day, fell asleep, had no energy to go out for dinner, I remembered they had the restaurant! What I ordered was delicious and fresh and the lady at bar was amazing! Will definitely book here again, when scan time comes around 💜”

“The property was nice- our room was spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was yummy and had a great selection to choose from. The pool and hot tub looked good! Our room got cleaned late- sometime in the afternoon. Most places we have stayed at get cleaned in the late morning. Not a problem I called the front desk and they got right on it because we had a wedding to get ready for. They needed to make sure there were enough towels and toilet paper for 4 people.
