“Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

“Everything was easy from the booking to the parking and check in. Everyone I encountered at the front desk and the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. My room was having issues with the heating and didn't have a mirror over the vanity, but they called me and let me know and they adjusted the price accordingly. The pool was the perfect temperature! I really appreciate the staff and enjoyed my stay.”

“Breakfast was advertised as a buffet breakfast. The breakfast was barely a continental breakfast. Basically cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, prepackaged muffins, bananas that were green, no other fruit and coffee. We were there at 8, breakfast was 7-10so it wasn't that we were there too late for breakfast. ”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel radiated a homey vibe with beautifully designed common areas that invited you to sit, relax, eat, or have a drink. Rooms were big, comfortable, and clean. Bedding was also very clean and comfortable. Desk with wired internet was available as well.”

“Best experience ever, staff was amazing, kind and with smile.Room was exceptional clean.Room temperature was appropriate .Coffee and hot water in dinning was available at 7 am before breakfast serving time .Definitely will recommend to my family and friends.”

“The holes in the wall were stuffed with toilet paper the elevator didn't even work to the third floor and they said the doors to the each floor was locked and were even locked to be safe”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with nice variety. Parking felt safe. Room was pretty good but more than 1 towel per person for 2 nights would have been helpful. ”
