“Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“Our room wasn’t cleaned or beds made or changed for 4 nights, only once was our trash emptied, I’m very disappointed in our stay”

“The hotel was full when we stayed, but very quiet. Easy to get to and many conveniences down the street. Rooms were clean.”

“Short stay and breakfast was plenty rooms very clean! Staff was magnificent!”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Cute little motel! The staff was helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great. Breakfast was truly grab and go- packaged muffins, honey buns etc. I would definitely stay again!”

“Horribly misleading photos. Once you step past the lobby or look in any direction you can see that everything was dirty, run down, and smelled. There was broken or out of service signs on almost every visible area, doors windows, etc. Our room looked nice but was very dirty. The bathroom was almost unusable. The sinks backed up the tub backed up, there was tubing and bite marks all over the door frame and walls. There was half holes. It was horrendous. The breakfast ran out of everything...

“Person next door was likely selling drugs out of his room. People were coming and going every few minutes till 2:30 am. Party in hall till 2:30 am. Only good thing I can say was bed was comfortable. But mostly we did not feel safe!! We pilled everything we could in front of the door to build a barricade. Didn’t even feel safe leaving with the people in the hall.”

“We stayed here two years ago and it was amazing. I’m trying to not sound prejudice but the property is under new Indian ownership and has gone downhill severely. All the furniture in the lobby was so stained and dirty you didn’t want to sit in any of the chairs or couches. Lot of burned out lights in the lobby, only one elevator worked. The bar didn’t have any beers on tap like they did before, I ordered a Gin & Tonic and requested a lime as well. The bartender didn’t want to give me one and...
