“I went to the SPEAKEASY bar attached to the property at 11:50pm only to find out it was "last call" and they closed at midnight, on a Saturday! I wish I had known that as that was the catalyst for spending over 200.00 for a one night stay in Akron. Also, when taking a shower, the hot water pipes were shaking so bad and making a shrill sound, like the pipes were going to burst behind the tile, I had to cut my shower short as it was at 7:00am on a Sunday morning and thought I would wake up the...

“Our room was very clean and quiet. Thomas at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.”

“Our room was clean, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good, plenty of food and things were stocked and clean. I couldn't access the pool with my key card. The workout room was adequate, not super clean and the TV wouldn't come on.”

“Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. Terrible place, don't waste your money here.”

“The motel as a whole was very kept and clean. The room I rented was very nice and clean too. The price I paid for the 3 nights was good too. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well. ”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
