“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The environment and atmosphere was nice and quiet. The King room suite was nice and roomy. Clean and comfy. Staff was helpful and professional. Great having choices for breakfast. ”

“The hotel was very clean, staff kind, the only negative thing I have to say about the experience is even though they say that they are a pet friendly establishment, I was unaware that there was a large pet deposit per pet and I have 2 pets.”
