“The hotel is not by any mean a five star hotel, maybe 3 star and the price paid was too high for this price range. The positive thing about this hotel is location, it's very close to haram, maybe just 2 mins. In our room, bathroom's door was broken and staff refused to change room citing availability issue nor provided any extra service as compensation i.e. additional meals. Overall I would recommend to get another hotel, maybe in clocktower if you want a close hotel, or get any other 3 star...

“The hotel location was very good, haram 5-8 minute walk. The housekeeping staff was very good. Cleaned our room every day, gave us fresh towels as well as water. Bellboys were good.
