“بصراحة تجربة جدا سيئة وماحتنعاد بإذن الله التعامل سيء والخدمة بطيئة وجدا الموظفين سيئون الغرفة طلع فيها خراب كهرباء واضطرينا في نص الليل نغير الغرفة كل مانحتاج شي يتجاوبو بعد ساعة او نص ساعة محد يرد اتصالات كل ما كنت ابا شي انزل تحت اكلمهم طبعا غير انه اول ما وصلنا ضاعت الشنط اكتر من ساعة وكحد يعرف فينها مع انهم استلموها مننا واعطونا بطاقة تسليم شنط ماانصح احد بالمكان”

“I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy. The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall. What truly made my stay special was the staff.
