“Very nice condo it was just as it was listed to be , the view of ocean from balcony was great! Also the view from bedroom window of pool and lagoon was pretty too, the room AC worked great so glad for that , we thought everything was really nice ! We would stay here again”

“Their was no good access to beach 40and over so much work being done-exterior scaffolding at patios pool closed very noisy equipment and pumps, I wish I was told about the upgrades they never mentioned it to me, but did geta small refund, but had this all been disclosed I would of chosen a different place, I had no option! We have for 10 years always BEEN HAPPY WITH PROPERTIES THIS WAS SURPRIZE!”

“Great location and an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay and the condo is very nice overall. My only complaint would be that it was not the cleanest ever. The floor was a bit sandy and it could use a dusting in the ceiling corners. But the bed was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was also clean. The beach is beautiful here, just a short walk down the boardwalk. There are no other buildings for a good ways to the left side so if you walk down just a bit, it is very quiet and not at all...

“The condo was clean. Some parts of the condo (tub), base boards, light switches etc. were dated, but looked clean and well kept. The punch code to get in was worn and a bit crusty. Overall this was a good stay. A little over priced for no pool, and no elevator, but excellent beach front and a very short walk to the beach. Overall we would stay here again. Beautifully decorated. Decor was very up to date. Also it was nice to have a lower number of occupants as opposed to some of the high rise...

“Communication and check-in were great! The property is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The condo itself smelled bad when we first got there. I don’t know if someone had cooked/burned something earlier but there was a very strong odor. It was clean though. The living room furniture also had a mild mildew-like smell and isn’t very comfortable. As a previous guest posted, the bed is creaky but not so bad that we couldn’t sleep on it.
