“The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly friendly and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where it ended. There is no way that this facility should be included in the Fairfield or Marriott portfolio. It was dirty, beat up, not well maintained and smelled horrible. I literally left and found somewhere else to stay.”

“This was top tier. Complimentary Valet service. They parked my car and unpacked the car and took the bags to the room and unpacked. We ordered a grocery delivery and they brought the bags up to the room. When we left, they came up to load the luggage cart and they packed the car.”

“My first trip to Myrtle Beach has been wonderful! Dong Shirley, Michelle, Leo, and the entire housekeeping crew have been fantastic. I’m truly enjoying my stay here at the Embassy, but I wanted to let you know about a few maintenance items in Room 2001. In the bathroom, the toilet isn't flushing properly and the bowl feels loose. “My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. ”
