“We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience.”

“Our stay over July 4th weekend was nice, lovely resort, nice rooms, pretty lobby and grounds. The fireworks show was SPECTACULAR! Very well done! The one area that could use improvement is the pool staff-they were not very attentive at all-most people had to go to the bar to order drinks/food. They do put flags on each set of chairs that you can raise when you need something but those were basically ignored. Everything else was great-also a shuttle service to the shops at La Cantera where...

“Everything was wonderful! We stayed on the 5th floor, above everything. Close enough to hear all the sounds of the riverwalk but, more privacy. If you want to be in the action look for the lower floors. All the staff were extremely accommodating. Provided any requests within a timely manner. We enjoyed the atmosphere in all areas from the lobby, to the bar, pool, and our private balcony. We highly recommend for a nice romantic getaway.”
