“A number of us from the Madrid High School (Spain) Class of 1965 had a wonderful stay celebrating our 61st anniversary at the Crockett Hotel in San Antonio. Great food and bar, warm vibe, great staff and walking distance to everything memorable in beautiful San Antonio. Across the street from the Alamo. “Close to events on river walk. Everything was a little pricy. Uber to Alamodome dropped handicapped persons outside of the dome, you had to walk the rest of the way coming back uber would not come inside to pick up. 3 cancelled. Bad experience. We missed our dinner appt”

“There was no hot water, 2 broilers broke while we were there. Had no idea you had to pay another $100 for parking (I only stayed 2 nights) breakfast was fresh and staff was nice. ”

“The look of the hotel is very unique. If you like an old fashion feel it's the hotel for you. Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the windows are as old fashioned as the look of the hotel so being so close to the Riverwalk it can get quite noisy at night. We used the laundry which unfortunately does not accept foreign credit cards. Without the staff help we wouldn't have been able to do the washing.”

“Perfect location if you are visiting Fiesta Texas. The only negative is all of the construction for I-10, which passes right by the hotel. But traffic is the issue, not noise, so it was manageable.”
