“Good: Phenomenal location, pool with hot tub (required reservations, but the views and atmosphere was wonderful), nice room, great restaurants, both in the hotel and at the top of the mountain Needs improvement: Room was cold -- we tried to increase temp, but it stayed cool the entire stay; room had no desk or table -- we had work to do and had to relocate to find a place to do it Overall it was a wonderful stay”

“This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also .”
