“We stayed at the Aleyska in the summer months for an event. The property is beyond beautiful. The hotel building is grand and had all the needed amenities one would expect. The room was very clean and well appointed. Most of the employees we encountered were friendly and hospitable. The restaurants were clean and waitstaff accommodating, though not all were knowledgeable regarding menu offerings and on one occasion our server disappeared. Dine-in food was delicious. However, I did not care...

“The room was clean, the property was well located and easy to find. But it missed basic amenities. We booked a double queen room for 3 nights. It didn’t have any cabinet/closet/storage area. Neither did it have paper plates towels or basic kitchen necessities. It didn’t even have shower gel or handwash in the bathroom. For the price we paid, the experience was subpar. :(”

“The hotel location is amazing, right at the end of the Homer Spit, with easy access to walk right out on the beach. The room view was incredible. The decor/theme is nautical, especially in the restaurant. Food there was excellent, although pricey. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Super cozy log cabin equipped with every comfort. The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ drive from Seward and very close to Exit Glacier. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and always available for anything I needed. I stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved the experience. Highly recommended!”

Cheyenne and Angie have worked hard to renovate this hotel and make it a special spot for visitors to land. And it shows in all the many details. And one of those details is Cheyenne and Angie themselves. They went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure every need was met. And they were there to greet you every time you walked in the door with a smile...

“This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also .”

“If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable cabin to enjoy views and nature with modern conveniences this is the spot! You can enjoy coffee and a book on the patio in the morning, go for a hike in the afternoon, and then relax in the hot tub in the evening. The only downside is that the cabin uses well water, so it is a bit sulfur smelling, though that is expected for a more off the beaten path spot. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a more quiet and serene experience!”
