“The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Although the hotel is older, it has been updated nicely and feels well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The coffee was disappointing - perhaps it wasn’t fresh - but that was a minor issue. Overall, I had a decent experience. I was only staying for one night before an early morning drive, so it was simply a quick stop for a good night’s sleep.”

“Our toilet wasn't working when we arrived. They said they were sending someone up, no one came. The best they did was offer for us to use the restroom down stairs in the lobby, weren't compassionate at all! We asked for another room and we didn't even get a response!”

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“You can't call a room nonsmoking just because you put a label on the door. You have to do something to get rid of the smoke smell that reeks from decades of smoking in there. When I book a nonsmoking room, I don't expect to smell smoke. I washed my hair because there was a hair dryer in the room only to find out it didn't work. The carpet was nasty. The bathroom was nicely remodeled, and the towels were the best I have had in even higher priced rooms. The bed was sooo comfortable. One...

“I servizi dell'hotel, in particolare la nsvetta, sono ottimi. Il personale è professionale, cortese e disponibile. Gli arredi nelle stanze sono nuovi, le stanze sono pulite. La struttura rinnovata nelle parti essenziiali, si colloca nella media locale. La posizione è comoda per visitare il centro della cottà. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.”

“The staff was amazing. The room was clean and nicely made. There isn't a fan in the bathroom but that was not a problem for us. 10/10 would stay again.”

“This place was terrible. Dirty we had two towels no washcloths no hand towels. And not a lot of anything else. We had a TV through the cracks your cable that went to nowhere so we got about four channels. Luckily I plugged my computer in with an HDMI cable and was able to watch some good shows off my computer. I would highly recommend you not stay here.”
