“This was the best hotel ever. It has a pool and hot tub, with a perfectly useful kitchen, cozy rooms, and it was very clean. It's in an excellent central location, and they had the best continental breakfast we've ever tried!”

“The staff truly made the stay, welcoming, warm and kind. The breakfast was great as well and area is convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. To get into the hotel after hours must use key and there was security which is uncommon for hotels we’ve been to but it didn’t feel unsafe. Perhaps extra precautions? But would recommend ”

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory.
Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”

“It is a hotel within walking distance from downtown. There is a riverside promenade, making it a quiet and relaxing environment. The Alaska Railroad Anchorage Station is also nearby, so it can serve well as a base for travel. The facilities are a bit dated and the amenities are minimal, but sufficient. A complimentary buffet-style breakfast was provided, which was very convenient.”

"L'Hotel e' datato, la reception ci ha asegnato una stanza con un solo letto sebbene nella prenotazione eravamo in tre, dopo diverse richieste ci hanno aggiunto una branda, abbiamo poi dovuto chiedere le lenzuola e ci hanno dato un solo lenzuolo, chiesto un altro e ci hanno datto uno con gli angoli come il primo, chiesto di nuovo sembrava non avessemo mai visto un lenzuolo... poi lo hanno trovato ma ci siamo dovuti fare il letto da soli "
