“Struttura eccellente ma difficoltà di check in con sito e app non funzionanti e difficoltà a contattare la struttura. Pulizia e condizioni appartamento migliorabili. Due luci non funzionanti e pulizie ancora da fare al nostro arrivo. Insomma basterebbe un poco di cura in più…”

I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities.”

“Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant. Rooms by road are noisy, thought the windows were open. Evening “reception” was lackluster at best. Pool and hot tub were clean.”

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“All'inizio la mia camera era nella direzione della strada e per il rumore sono stati gentili a cambiarmi la camera,ho rilevato problemi più volte avvisato la recezione senza risultati ia TV non si riusciva ad abbassare il volume così dovevo spegnerla,una finestra del bagno potevo chiuderla aprire se smontando il pannello ,la luce della camera mancava una lampadina ed era fiocca . “This unit is in average condition. Manager was very responsive to minor maintenance needs. It has a few more steps than we would have liked. Decent (but not great) for the money.”

“If I could give this hotel a rating of "minus 10", I would. It was the dirtiest/smelliest place I have ever stayed. The bed was made with 1 fitted sheet and 1 top sheet only. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom....no bathmat and no hand towels or face towels. If we could have left, we would have but there was nowhere else to go.
