“Very clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Plenty of hot water in shower. Needed to walk a few blocks to restaurants and shopping if you didn’t have a car. Keyless entry for hotel and room. Didn’t interact with staff but they texted us all the information we needed in plenty of time. Could here footsteps from room above at night-not big deal.”

“The day we checked in and as we almost made it to our room, the fire alarm went off. With luggage in hand we ran down the stairs and found the outdoor exit with another guest. We made our way to the front of the building and learned it was a false alarm, thank goodness. Anyway, fun times :-)
The staff is wonderful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful with optoons to have omelets made the way you want, and pancakes too. Our room was clean and quite. Overall, great stay.”

“We didn't feel the area was that safe and i would even say this for downtown Anchorage. There were many homeless people and it was very sad. Some seemed agitated.”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory.
Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“While the property is older and a bit tired, the bedding and towels were beautifully clean. The free breakfast, which was hot and cold, was brilliant. Shuttle service from airport and then to train station worked perfectly for us. It is also available to go elsewhere. Staff were really helpful. There is a restaurant on the same property which was handy as the hotel is not central. Happy to stay there again if we ever come back. ”
