“The room and the hotel was great. It was like staying in a hotel in the 1800s but with modern comforts. Shops and restaurants within walking distance was nice. There were some homeless in the area and one of them was getting aggressive with us. Thankfully there were cops walking around and they came to our aid. So thankful for that.”

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”

“Parking was a little tight a few nights, but still available. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was consistently very good and very well prepared. The staff taking care of the breakfast room did an excellent job keeping things maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the pool was so cold, we couldn't stay in the water.”

“All'inizio la mia camera era nella direzione della strada e per il rumore sono stati gentili a cambiarmi la camera,ho rilevato problemi più volte avvisato la recezione senza risultati ia TV non si riusciva ad abbassare il volume così dovevo spegnerla,una finestra del bagno potevo chiuderla aprire se smontando il pannello ,la luce della camera mancava una lampadina ed era fiocca . Per la pulizia della camera passava l'inserviente solo se avvisavi ,più volte si e dimenticata il cestino dei...
