“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“check inn w holly was easy and pleasant..older hotel but clean rooms,bed clean and comfy bathroom abit tight and could use a safety bar in the shower..but served the purpose. NEVER a fan of carpet in a hotel my only complaint. cooked breakfast daily eggs sausage hash browns along with cereal muffins toast and fresh coffee.sketchy neighborhood but as single female travelers..NO ISSUES...the free shuttle was SO USEUL and anthony was great..we did but a city bus pass and the stop was literally...

“Very late check in time…. Area of hotel is not good for anyone needing sleep. Train horn is very loud and continuous throughout the night. Sea plane taking off is also disruptive to sleep. Air and heater broken so every room has a portable air/heater and needs drained …. Not informed of this prior to booking. We booked hotel since we saw that they had a bar/restaurant on site…. This is not the case…. Shut down and did not look well maintained. Property is not kept up and the area does not give...

“Outside of property looked good but interior registration area is a bit institutional. Beds and bedding are old'ish. Rooms are sparse, no decorations, walls had repairs that had not been painted over. Old lighting so rooms are a little dark. Just not enviting and comforting. Staff was very nice! They were the most pleasant part. Overall pretty clean. Carpet, bathrooms and kitchenete looked to have been recently updated. Good A/C”
