“Struttura eccellente ma difficoltà di check in con sito e app non funzionanti e difficoltà a contattare la struttura. Pulizia e condizioni appartamento migliorabili. Due luci non funzionanti e pulizie ancora da fare al nostro arrivo. Insomma basterebbe un poco di cura in più…”

The front desk does offer laundry soap to buy but Walmart has it for only $1.17 a load when you go to the travel size section in Walmart. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast for few days in a row had the same egg with cheese...

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“I servizi dell'hotel, in particolare la nsvetta, sono ottimi. Il personale è professionale, cortese e disponibile. Gli arredi nelle stanze sono nuovi, le stanze sono pulite. La struttura rinnovata nelle parti essenziiali, si colloca nella media locale. La posizione è comoda per visitare il centro della cottà. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.”

“All'inizio la mia camera era nella direzione della strada e per il rumore sono stati gentili a cambiarmi la camera,ho rilevato problemi più volte avvisato la recezione senza risultati ia TV non si riusciva ad abbassare il volume così dovevo spegnerla,una finestra del bagno potevo chiuderla aprire se smontando il pannello ,la luce della camera mancava una lampadina ed era fiocca . Per la pulizia della camera passava l'inserviente solo se avvisavi ,più volte si e dimenticata il cestino dei...

“The staff was great. Couldn't be nicer. We arrived at the train station and the transfer van was there within 10 minutes and the lady driver was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The room was very disappointing. Faint smell of cigarette smoke, old loud air conditioner and only one bath towel. For the price they charged, it should have been a lot better.”

“We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We stayed two nights before retunning home from Australia. The staff the whole time we stayed were just so friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, the location was perfect and the price really great value. Highly recommend!”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”
