“There was no problem with the facility - it was very good and we had a very pleasant stay. The problem was with Expedia. We had trouble checking in and when we called Expedia, the lady was not able to help us. I asked several times to speak with a supervisor but was told someone would call me back. If a supervisor did call back, no message was left. I also emailed a complaint to Expedia which was acknowledged with a statement that it would take up to 48 hours to receive a response, NOT helpful...
