“Very nice hotel in a good location. Super clean and safe. But the staff were a little weird and not super welcoming or accommodating (more specifically the maid i had come across) she was very rude and demanding. Other than that good breakfast, good space, pretty good experience.”

“Incredible stay. We were passing through for one night and the staff were great. Aysia (SIC?) was especially notable. We were departing before the complimentary breakfast and she was kind enough to prepare a ‘to go’ bag. Thank you for the comfortable stay. Cheers to your wonderful staff. “Pros: Spacious room, free parking, walking distance to Crossgates Mall. Cons: noisy fridge and fan coil, kitchen and tableware not clean as expected. ”

“Could not have asked for a better stay. The king bed suite with pull out couch in separate room. Worked for 4 of us. Nice pillows. Very clean. Crisp white bedding. Spotless bathroom. Great staff and breakfast. No complaints from anyone. Had to get used to know coffee maker in the room. But good coffee available on demand in the first floor breakfast nook. On Wolf Road near major shopping, dining and movies. Ten minutes from UAlbany. Nicely done. ”

“Ho apprezzato la posizione della struttura e la varietà per la colazione. Il divano letto per i ragazzi non era pronto e quando ho dovuto preparare il letto le lenzuola, presenti dell'armadio, non erano stirate. Il bagno troppo piccolo e privo di areazione. La mattina, in sala non ci sono tavoli sufficienti per la colazione. ”

“El desayuno no lo probé pero la limpieza del lugar son terribles habían cucarachas en el baño y un mal olor en el dormitorio el planchador no servía”

“The room we stayed at had a horrible cigarette smell. The staff did provide air freshener for the bad smell and we’re very friendly about moving rooms if we wanted to. The staff was extremely friendly however, the hotel just looked a little rundown and old.”
