“The room was fine no issues. My only concern is the staff. Checking in late evening the person at the counter was very rude. Instead of good evening how can I help you. I got “What do you want”? When I said I’d like to check in I got I’ll be with you in a bit as she walked away. Definitely not a warm welcome from start to finish. Morning counter staff was no better. When checking out person behind the counter was texting on her cell phone and never acknowledged me at all. Another staff member...

“Room,staff and service was great. The only problem was the breakfast. I usually stay at Homewood suites in Albany. Their breakfast is really great. Home2 breakfast was no way close to the breakfast at Homewood suites.”

“I really liked this place. Got a reasonable price on a great room. The location seems a bit wonky in the dark, but really, it's in a great location. It's a shame room prices aren't a bit more reasonable during racing season, but I can see why people stay here. It's worth it!”

“We had to ask for clean towels. The towels in the room were folded had hair on them and were stained. Bed was comfortable but bedding had burnt holes in them. I’d stay there again but would probably try a different Super Eight.”

“This a mid range hotel. Not the best not the worst. Hotel has a definite smell not repulsive but not clean and fresh. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast typical for mid range. Make your own waffle was acceptable. For @ $100 not bad and location was good.”
