“Could not have asked for a better stay. The king bed suite with pull out couch in separate room. Worked for 4 of us. Nice pillows. Very clean. Crisp white bedding. Spotless bathroom. Great staff and breakfast. No complaints from anyone. Had to get used to know coffee maker in the room. But good coffee available on demand in the first floor breakfast nook. On Wolf Road near major shopping, dining and movies. Ten minutes from UAlbany. Nicely done. ”

Upon arrival, I check in at the front desk and was informed that my rooms were no longer available and they overbooked. This is beyond unprofessional! “The room we stayed at had a horrible cigarette smell. The staff did provide air freshener for the bad smell and we’re very friendly about moving rooms if we wanted to. The staff was extremely friendly however, the hotel just looked a little rundown and old.”
