“Ok so this listing is advertised as being “in the downtown area” so you would assume it to be in a nice neighborhood. But it is not. The neighborhood is full of boarded up houses and vagrant people just walking around constantly. Also the host advertised that this location slept 3 people and had a “pull out bed” in the living room sofa, neither were true no extra bedding for the 3rd guest he slept with no cover. “We were in town for a soccer tournament for my son, The house was in a great location for us having to travel to 2 different field locations. This house is exactly what is listed on the app. The beds were comfortable, Me, my son and our friends slept well. It's quiet neighborhood and a great house. The boat dock was a nice place to hang out and was perfect for docking our own boat The house has separate entertainment areas suitable for different ages groups.
