“Well run facility. We stayed as a 2+2 family in the room with a double bedroom and bunk-bed in the lounge-kitchen-diner area. It was good to have this extra space and flexibility. Games room was a hit with the kids. Local restaurants/cafes are fine. Eastgate Mall is 1 mile away and safely walkable in daytime. Manager offers transfers in his car. Definitely recommend. (We went to SCI-BONO on one day which is the best science museum we've ever been to and great value.)”

“We were blown away by the accommodation. The first thing you encounter on arrival is a massive indoor pool of Koi (I guess that’s in the name!) The luxury and beautiful atmosphere continues as you explore the property. We would have gone swimming but the weather was a bit nippy, the breakfast was lovely with different menu each day - oh and the muffins… Le-Anne was so welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfy beds made for a welcome rest. ”

“We got a family room excellent for 5, 2 big beds and 2 single beds. Great value for money. We had a very good time in Alcazaba hotel. There is a great Nando's restaurany at 100m. Good facility for the car at the supermarket parking closed very near. The neighbourhood is not beautiful nor very quiet by night. Great breakfast !”
