“Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.”

The food is divine and prepared on time as requested. We will definitely visit again and it is perfect for an overnight on your way to other destinations. “My stay was relocated to Miraton Eastgate Suites. Very nice environment. Eastgate Shopping Mall in walk-distance. What I disliked is a water-problem, and the noise inside the house.”

“There's black mold all over the shower wall, in the kitchen above the cupboard as well, and a bit starting to grow on the ceiling above the bed. The lady working there was very friendly though. The place is quite outdated. I didn’t care about much I just wanted to shower and rest after a long flight but due to the black mold all over the bathroom I was too uncomfortable to shower.”

“Nice guesthouse, in a quite safe area of Johannesbourg. I stayed there for more than 3 weeks, being in the area for my job. Unfortunately there are not restaurants very close but the guesthouse is not far (less than 3 km) from The Glen Shopping Centre, where you can find many restaurants and fast foods. In addition, the owners now offer the possibility to have dinner in the guesthouse, cooked by them, if reserved in the morning everyday, choosing from a varied menu. The rooms are spacious,...
