“Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.”

“My Standard size Ford Ranger would not fit in the garage and no other secure parking available. I had to park the vehicle side ways to get it in. No back up power to deal with load shedding. the floors were not clean. Never again”

“We got a family room excellent for 5, 2 big beds and 2 single beds. Great value for money. We had a very good time in Alcazaba hotel. There is a great Nando's restaurany at 100m. Good facility for the car at the supermarket parking closed very near. The neighbourhood is not beautiful nor very quiet by night. Great breakfast !”
