While we are 10 minutes drive from Albury, there is a cafe on site and a cafe/restaurant/bar at the resort next door, next time you come we can make a booking for you, heres hoping we can welcome you back again soon! Hi Ruth, thanks for joining us at Discovery Parks - Lake Hume, NSW. We'd like to let you know that (as you mentioned) the pool was closed due to the storm and council having to test the water to ensure it was safe to swim again. This meant the pool was shut for 4 days which we do apologise for. From your feedback, it sounds as if you maybe accidentally booked with us. We have two properties in Lake Hume; one on the VIC border side, and the other on NSW. Our Lake Hume, VIC park is the one that has a games room and isn't pet-friendly, while our park (NSW side) has no games room and is pet-friendly. We're so sorry for any confusion! In regards to the cars, unfortunately our boom gate was damaged in a storm (La Nina has been treating us well this summer!) and we do find it difficult to police access. However our rule is 1 car per site or cabin. If you ever find this isn't the case, please know you can chat with our friendly team at reception and they can speak with the guests.
