“Toilet in room didn’t work. Had to switch to another room in which all lights were not properly working and also bathroom sink water pressure was very low. No luggage carriers were available either”

“When we arrived the they had given our room to someone. When my wife and daughters went to the room there was someone in it. After an hour in the lobby with all our stuff they found a room. It was a king but we had a 2 queen room. Was 4 of us. The guy working in 3rd shift did his best but whoever gave our room away did not! ”

“This hotel was terrible health wise unsafe light fixture hanging out of ceiling black mold on ceiling and furniture carpet badly stained musty smell we went and got another hotel didn't stay one night here”

“The place was dirty, inside and out. The placed reeked of Marijuana. The outside had high grass that needed to be cut weeks ago. The parking lot had a lot of trash everywhere. The guy told me there will be breakfast, it was 4 honey buns and a few pieces of bread.”

“The price was good. The room was adequate for the price. Only one hard chair to sit on. Refrigerator was not particularly clean and the water pressure was very low. My reservation was not accepted when I got there. They had the reservation but couldn't honor it because, I was told, that they didn't have enough staff to get all the rooms cleaned. They did have a suite available for more money (not a lot) so I took that. When I went to check out, there was no one there to take the key card. I...

“This place was a total sleaze bag motel! It’s right off the freeway looks run down and the parking lot was empty except for the two women sitting in a black car with blacked out windows. The attendant wasn’t even in the office came running over and got us in our room. The women in the black car tracking us the entire time. We didn’t stay long as we were headed out to a concert. Got a call from the attendant saying she needed to get my credit card and then a call back saying she found it and it...

“I like the staff I called early to see if it was possible to check in early and they was excited to tell me on the phone to come on over and they two ladies at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. The hotel was well maintained inside and out. The room and all of the rooms was super clean. Great meal and drinks at the bar. And the bar tender was great too. We truly enjoyed this stay. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for 5star stay in the Mauldin, Greenville, SC area.”
