“My room was not cleaned the during my stay. My bed was not made & trash wasn't emptied. I told staff and they sent someone to clean my room. When I got back the only thing they did was change my towels.”

“There was only one sheet and no blankets on each bed. A cockroach ran across the bed within thirty minutes of getting there. Then, another cockroach on the wall. And a bunch in the bathroom. Black widow spider in the bathroom. Toilet top was broken in half. The toilet would only flush once every hour roughly. The staff were very rude and went and speak to you even at the front desk.”

“This property was so filthy I ran out of there 20 minutes after checking in when I felt a bug crawling on me. I am still having trouble getting my refund after having to sleep in my car because the place was so terrible”

“Our key card didn't work and we went to service desk twice for a new key. They finally sent someone and found out the battery in the door needed to be changed. It was unfortunate for me as I recently broke my femur and couldn't stand or walk very far without a lot of discomfort. But other than that it was a great stay as always”
