“We went with a group- 2 people checked out and went elsewhere but the manager told us no refunds so some of us stayed. My personal room had a toilet that didn’t flush and when it did drain it bubbles up in the tub- toilet water in the tub!!! My tv also didn’t work. Another person in our group had no air conditioning and another had plumbing issues in their room as well. “For being a place that had no restaurant attached to it, the breakfast was very good, from scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage one day to omelets, potatoes and sausage on the next. There were make tour own waffles, fruit, cereals, coffee and juice both days.”

“Check in was great…Brooke was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and I live their light roast coffee. The room was clean and perfect as expected from Hampton.”

“First let me say that the staff is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Although the condos are well equipped and modern, we did notice some wear and tear on the furniture. This was my second visit here and I would definitely stay again! ”

“Missing pillows. Missing light bulb. Understaffed. The room seemed clean. The one employee there was super friendly and helpful. He got me pillows. The poor guy was there when I arrived at 11pm and still there when I left at 7am. The hotel was totally sold out so that was probably the reason for the issues. The room cost less than $100 for the night so all in all it really wasn’t bad to be honest. ”
