“There's no lift so guest has to bring Luggages up and down the stairs. Rooms' doors have been painted and re-painted many times, bad looking ! Shower plate has many damp spots”

“Hotel di ottima organizzazione, vicino al centro ed affacciati sugli incantevoli canali di Birmingham. La camera è di giuste dimensioni, molto pulita ed organizzata. La colazione inglese o continentale è strepitosa, veramente deliziosa ed abbondante. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, oltretutto mi hanno risolto un problema con il parcheggio a pagamento sotto l’hotel che probabilmente è l’unica pecca dell’hotel se fate uso delle quattro ruote. “Lovely spacious room which is well appointed and furnished tastefully. We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future. Staff were really helpful and friendly and location wise the hotel is a reasonably short walk to venues such as Utilita arena.”
