Perfect stay!!!!
We recently spent a short time in this incredible property for a business trip, but that was enough to experiment the great hosting of the owners of the villa. We felt warmly welcomed and they present us with a lovely welcome basket with some traditional snacks, small gestures really hard to find nowadays. Moreover Claudia was really helpful and gave us some great advices about where drinking and eating. The villa is stunning, everything is perfectly clean and well decorated. The swimming pool is clear water next to a bbq area which is just perfect to spend an evening grilling some delicious Sardinian meat. The garden all around is just beautiful, covered in flowers which gives you the idea to live in a dream. The villa is very spacious, and the dining area overlooks the big patio area. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to be guests in this impressive house in Alghero again.

Villa molto grande con piscina
Eravamo un gruppo numeroso di amici composto da 4 nuclei familiari. La villa è molto grande e adeguata ad ospitarci. L’unico inconveniente è stato il numero delle stanze non suddivise razionalmente per avere per nucleo familiare una stanza con bagno. Ottima la zona solarium e i tavoli ben disposti per le cene. La cucina ha una infinità di elettrodomestici con piastre a induzione con l’inconveniente del lavabo distante dall’angolo cottura. La proprietaria è di una ospitalità estrema facendoci degustare delle eccellenti pizzette. Anche il manutentore Mauro è stato sempre presente e gentilissimo sempre a disposizione in caso di qualche nostra richiesta. Ci ha fatto assaggiare dei fichi d’india saporitissimi . La villa dista dal centro circa 10 km e comunque comoda per raggiungere le bellissime spiagge della zona di Alghero . La piscina è ben tenuta e disposta su un verdissimo prato che ahimè attraggono le formiche. Non è mancata la sempre presente attenzione di Mercedes e Claudia per consigli sul posto.

Wonderful!!!
A perfect combination of Sardinian tradition and comfort, all enclosed in a villa with great attention to detail, cleanliness and where you can enjoy the pool. Great for families or groups of friends. Equipped with an external barbecue that allows you to choose the perfect location for each meal (panoramic terrace, poolside, porch or inside). It is always tempting to stay in the Villa despite the fact that in just a few kilometers you can reach enchanting beaches, cities and towns. A stay to remember and a vacation to be repeated.

Wonderful fully equipped Villa
Had a great 2 week stay at this Villa. We were 6 adults and 1 three year old child. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine in all the rooms - air conditioning, WiFi, good water pressure, good hot water, all the appliances in the kitchen. No surprises. The commercial fridge in the kitchen was a really great feature, as we had to store lots of water bottles and cold drinks for our group. Pool was cleaned practically every day. All in all, very nice!

Great house for groups but could do with some improvements
The house has extensive and attractive outdoor areas with plenty of seating and recliners. The pool is lovely and kept immaculately clean and gardens attractive and restful. Close proximity to Alghero town and local supermarkets. Improvement suggestions: - vegetation at front of property needs to be cut back as the property exits onto a blind bend with fast moving traffic and the vegetation impedes driver view making it hazardous - supplies were less than normally provided; only half a roll of toilet paper provided on arrival for a group of 7 people necessitating an immediate trip to shops after long and exhausting journey; no dishwashing detergent or sponges in kitchen - coffee maker requires pods which are unavailable in local supermarkets forcing us to use one small caffetiere which is faulty - no fan or window access in lower ground floor bathroom - on arrival found shower broken in one bathroom but this was rectified quickly - some light switches did not work Overall it is a great place for a large group to stay and we enjoyed our time there very much but the issues listed need addressing. The property manager was great to deal with - very quick to respond regarding any problems and arranging repairs immediately

Dear Veronica, thanks a lot for your review.. And it seems that you liked a lot the villa. So, why only 3 stars? For a shower that after 10 minutes has been changed? Regarding coffee, we left for you more than 40 coffee pods, but this is a self catering house, so, soon after the free coffee pods are gone you are supposed to buy the rest. Anyway, we were very happy about your stay and I'm sure that if you want to come back you will have all the attention that you need. Das Haus war sehr schön, vor allem die Außenanlage. Es war alles sehr gepflegt. Groß genug für 12 Personen. Die Betten waren gemütlich.

schönes Haus
Das Haus ist gross und hat einen eigenen Pool. Es ist ein bisschen abseits von Alghero, man muss ein Auto besitzen. Zum Strand oder Altstadt ca. 10min. Claudia, die für das Check in zuständig ist, hat dies Kompetent und sehr hilfreich umgesetzt.

A perfect getaway
Can’t fault this place at all, would highly recommend it. Our family had an amazing time here and Claudia with her dad were very welcoming. We can’t wait to come back here soon. It was just a perfect getaway.

Großes Haus aber mit vielen Mängel
Sehr viele Ameisen überall im Haus, eine echte Plage. Küche ist unvorteilhaft zum kochen. Pool wird mittags gereinigt, wenn man eigentlich im Pool Zeit verbringen möchte. Der Grill ist ein billig gerät, da bekommst du kein Fleisch richtig gegrillt. Die Duschkabinen sind sehr eng für eine Person. Raten waren abends immer in der Gesellschaft dabei, auch wenn sie nicht eingeladen waren. Wespen ohne Ende, selbst im Pool waren so viel totes Ungeziefer. Wir würden dieses Haus zu diese. Konditionen nicht erneut buchen!!!

Dear Mr. Antonio thanks for using your time to write this review. Your opinion is very important also if is not true! Please note that the ants get to where they find food and dirt, and honestly you have filled the house with food, even eating on the beds. The ants arrived for this reason. You and your friends were filthy and you treated the villa like a pigsty. I was ashamed for you. I was ashamed in showing the house at the cleaning staff after your departure. After you left, the pool was unrecognizable, the bedspreads stained with food and grease stains. The walls filthy with dirt. Despite being asked to allow the cleaning staff in order to clean the house you did not accept because you didn't want to be disturbed in your privacy. The pool needs to be cleaned every day, at 7am, but even here you didn't want to be disturbed in your privacy, and we limited the pool technician's coming. You wrote to me that you didn't want anyone in the villa, neither the gardener nor the cleaning staff. And then you complain if the ants have arrived? I remind you that you rented a villa in the countryside, and there are insects in the countryside. And if you don't bring in the technicians to clean the swimming pool, then the bugs float in the water. You left the villa with all the rubbish, and we had to take out all the rubbish accumulated over the week. Disgusting. You have been a real disappointment. Shame on you! We worked very hard for your stay, and seems that you enjoyed so much the wine and the food that we provided for you. Some years I have the misfortune of meeting not exactly clean customers, other years I have the misfortune of meeting rude customers, still other years I have the misfortune of meeting real haters .. but with you I have met all these things together. Shame on you. Ps. Regarding shower, we have regular size showers Mr. Antonio, if you are over regular size, then I'm sorry, this time I can't help you.

Awesome villa
What a wonderful house with a very large (and VERY clean), beautiful private pool and a fantastic panorama mountain view. Also very relaxing to look at the donkey and goats which have their secluded area at the very back of the huge garden :-). A great and warm welcome from the housekeeper and the maintenance guy leaving all kinds of welcome gifts for us such as a large bowl of local cookies and sweets and a lot of different drinks including water, soda, coffee and 3 bottles of spumante!!! Everything provided of basics that you need in the house. A very large place which is ideal for a large family or families/couples and only 5 min drive from Alghero. Only suggestion would be a couch in the living room where you can enjoy the pool lit at night otherwise the house was well equipped. Everything lives up to the description and pictures.

Super nice place.
Highly recommended. We were 3 families who had a lovely week in the villa, lots of space and the villa seemed to be brand new. The owner of the house was very welcoming and the location of the house was ok 5 min drive from Alghero center. Car is a must.
