La Casina Loft (WIFI free)

Situato in una delle zone più belle di Alghero, "La Casina Loft" è il luogo ideale per visitare la bellissima città catalana. Esso è situato nel cuore del centro storico, di fronte al mare incorniciato da Capo Caccia che lo rende uno dei tramonti più belli del mondo. L'appartamento è molto silenzioso, nonostante sia posizionato in una zona strategica, grazie alla vicinanza a servizi come ristoranti, bar, luoghi storici e il bellissimo Lungomare. All'arrivo verrà richiesto il pagamento di una piccola tassa comunale di soggiorno: 25 cent. al giorno a persona in bassa stagione (dal 1 Ottobre al 30 Aprile); 50 cent. al giorno a persona in alta stagione ( da 1 Maggio al 30 Settembre).

Nel caso due ospiti volessero dormire in 2 letti separati ci sarà da pagare un extra di 10 Euro.


L'aria condizionata funziona solo a freddo ed è disponibile solo d'estate. Negli altri mesi verrà resa disponibile su richiesta. Per l'inverno è presente una stufa.

Tutti i clienti sono tenuti a rispettare la raccolta differenziata ed a portare fuori la spazzatura (lasciandola a fianco al bagno pubblico di fronte all’appartamento) dalle ore 23 alle ore 8.

Inoltre nel centro storico sono presenti dei piccoli bidoni dove potere mettere carta, plastica ed indifferenziato, se i rifiuti sono in quantità modeste potete conferire in quei bidoni.
I clienti sono pregati di non lasciare la spazzatura tanti giorni in appartamento, in quanto i residui di cibo potrebbero causare cattivi dori ed attirare animali.

È raccomandata la MASSIMA attenzione se si utilizza la lavasciuga. La maniglia va tirata delicatamente (solo con un dito) in quanto se lo sportello non è sbloccato potrebbe rompersi. Quando arriverete, se la lavasciuga vi verrà messa a disposizione vuol dire che funziona PERFETTAMENTE, se dopo il check out si dovessero verificare dei guasti verrete ritenuti RESPONSABILI e dovrete pagare i danni.

Non mettere asciugamani, costumi o indumenti pieni di sabbia nella lavasciuga, in quanto potrebbero otturare il filtro ed impedire il corretto defluire dell’acqua.

Nei dintorni è ricco di ristoranti, la muraglia da dove vedere il bellissimo mare algherese, affitto biciclette ecc. I parcheggi sono situati dopo la piazza presente in fondo alla via (circa 150 metri).

L'appartamento si trova nel pieno centro storico di Alghero (ZTL), si può entrare in macchina (ma non parcheggiare all'interno) dalle 8 alle 10:30 e dalle 14:30 alle 16:30.
I parcheggi sono a 150 metri dall'abitazione, all'interno delle linee blu sono a pagamento, mentre in quelle bianche sono gratuiti. Raccomandiamo di cercare parcheggio alla fine di via XX Settembre (zona Acquario) e in via Gramsci (zona Cinema).

Apartment by the sea for rent in the historical center of Alghero, Sardinia. The apartment was recently renovated and it has: kitchen area with induction stovetop, microwave, fridge, living room with a new 40” tv, bathroom and bedroom.

“La Casina” is located in “Bastioni Cristoforo Colombo”, by the sea. It is the perfect place to spend a romantic holiday in Alghero. It is in the heart of the historical center of Alghero, in a peaceful but at the same time lively area.
“La Casina” was conceived to make the guest feel at ease in a comfortable and welcoming location. It is a not impersonal home that denotes our personalities. Indeed in addition to the basic accessories and electrical appliances for the overnight we leave at your disposal our bookes and our collection of CDs, if you want to relax yourself after a day spent visiting the beauties of the town.

Upon arrival you will have to pay a small tax city tax: 25 cents. per day per person in low season (from October 1 to April 30); 50 cent. per person per day in high season (from 1 May to 30 September).

Air conditioning works only in cold air and is only available in the summer. In the other months will be discharged upon request. For winter there is a stove.

All the clients have to respect the separate collection of waaste and to take out the garbage ( leaving it near the public toilter in front of the apartment) from 11pm to 8am.

Furthemore in the area near the apartment there are some recycling bins where you can put paper, plastic and unsorted waste. If the amount of waste is small, you can use such bins.

The clients should not leave the garbage inside the apartment for long periods of time, in order to avoid bad smells and attracting animals and bugs.


It is raccomended the maximum attention if you use the washer/dryer. The handle should be pulled softly ( only with a finger ) because if the door is locked it could break. At your arrival in the apartment, if the washer/dryer will be make available to you, this means that it works PERFECTLY, so if after your check-out there are some failures you'll be cosnidered RESPONSABLE and you'll be asked for paying the damages.

Do not put towels, swimsuits or clothes full of sand inside the washer/dryer. This could fill the filter and not allow the correct running of water.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Alghero (ZTL), by car you can enter in the historic center (but not park inside) from 8 to 10:30 and 14:30 to 16:30. Parking is 150 meters from the apartment, there are those in the blue stripes (paid) and those in white stripes (free).

I recommend you look for parking at the end of Via XX Settembre (Oviesse area and Aquarius) and in Via Gramsci (cinema Zone).
