“Everything about this place was great”

“I really enjoyed having a separate sofa and tv area in my room this visit. Reasonably priced and the buffet breakfast offered decent options and was very clean. The property had no operating pool and the back parking area was littered with cigarette butts. Overall I enjoyed staying at the Baymont and will likely stay here again.”

“I booked the least expensive room for $68 later in the evening. When I arrived, the Desk person evidently had booked the last of those rooms to someone else. He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes. He gave me the option of not staying there, but I had already driven 20 minutes out of my way for the less expensive room good busy practices as well as common decency dictate that he charged me the lower price,...

“La struttura ai trova in una zona tranquilla da dove si puo raggiungere in circa 40 minuti New York con la macchina . Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. “The lady at the front desk was great! The was not that great. It smelled like cat pee and regular pee. The hall had a musty odor. You can tell it is an older hotel. The free breakfast less then what you usually get so we did not really eat there. I know that a lot of places offer the free breakfast and it is free. However, if you advertise it , make it a better quality. It was easy to find but getting in an out of the driveway is a little crazy. I think I am done staying at Quality Inns because...

“Nothing, unable to use the pool ,the elevator ,AC ,no electricity in the building during my stay.”

“I got into the room I booked to find the ceiling hanging down as soon as you enter with 2 garbage buckets under. The was another leak in another part of the ceiling not close to the first leak. There was a dirty hand print in the bathroom on the wall. I told the front desk (said no one made a note about the situation) and they put me in a room 107 where the flooring was coming apart, bathroom faucet handle came off off if you pulled it.
