“This property needs new windows; a very loud noise from the air conditioning systems of adjacent buildings—as shown in the attached photos—was coming into our room day and night. We had requested a room that was not connected to others by an adjoining door, but this preference was not honored. We had to complain and ask to change rooms immediately after checking in. However, the most serious issue is the room's poor soundproofing; you can hear trains and cars even on the fourteenth floor.”

“Unpleasant smell throughout facility. Elevator broke down. Two night stay; requested room be cleaned while we were out (left room at noon, came back at around 8 pm, room still not cleaned. Had to go to front desk for clean towels. Not a pleasant experience.”

“The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel was not well maintained and was dirty. Our room had stains on the rug, a broken refrigerator, a dirty bathroom vent and tub, and dented/damaged furniture. We changed our stay from 2 nights to 1 due to the conditions.”

“Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera è bellissima e spaziosa . Pulita e con molti confort comfort, anche se il divano letto è scomodo. Siamo rimasti delusi per la cassaforte che in realtà non c’era, anche se sul sito era scritto, nelle dotazioni della camera. Colazione ottima, con la caffettiera di Starbuck che completa come una ciliegina sulla torta. Centralissimo e si arriva a piedi un po’ ovunque. Il personale è stato molto gentile e simpatico.”
