“A bucket list stay for me. The walk of the ducks is a very cool experience. The casual restaurant with the piano was fun. They really needed more wait staff but we still enjoyed the food and happy hour specials.”

“Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis.”

“Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!”

“I love the Westin but this one needs some love. This place needs a deep clean. The carpets are dingy, there is a lingering smell. There was a weird dip in the bathroom floor and a shower curtain that doesn’t fit the Westin aesthetic. Water was not stopped by the curtain as it was too short. Water pulled in the floor. Unfortunate.”

“My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through.”

“Purtroppo al momento sono molto delusa. La camera risulta con mobilio molto datato e rovinato. La te da del bagno sulla vasca è tutta strappata. La sedia della scrivania fa veramente “schifo”. Ho fatto una foto anche se non penso di poterla pubblicare. La zona è poco raccomandabile. Abbiamo difronte a noi due “bande” che entrano ed escono di continuo dalle stanze tenendo addirittura le porte aperte. Se sarà così tutta la notte siamo a posto.
