“This hotel is a total time capsule from the 80s! The views from the rooms onto Oyster Bay are beautiful and serene. The room and lobby looked straight out of 1982 and were exceptionally well maintained. “The Inn is beautiful, new construction, and very comfortable. The parking is challenging, but the instructions for parking are clear, and the proprietors seem to understand the complexity-even providing aerial views to identify the parking places. We did partake of the complementary calamari appetizer at the adjacent seafood restaurant, which was very nice. Honestly, this is a posh Inn, but Gig Harbor is a high end, boutique place. “Room was not ready for check in at 3pm but we were given a small refund as compensation for the hour delay. Once in the room, there were ants all over the kitchen te and spiders in the bathroom Including one inside the clean towels when we opened it up. While the towels were clean/washes some of the towels had old stains on them that could do not wash out - would probably be best to retire those rather than use them for guests. Rooms were dated and hot. No room darkening shade so it gets bright...
