“Great old English inn. Very friendly staff, good food and beers. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent.”

“The bedroom was excellent,clean well furnished and appointed. The only small criticism was that there was a lack of comfortable space away from the restaurant space and bar but as we were only staying one night this didn’t matter too much. The breakfast was excellent and the bar food,whereas it was well prepared, was a little limited in choice. We would however stay again.”

“I had a very bad experience with this hotel, it’s not a hotel, it’s not 4 star, there isn’t breakfast, no wifi and the owner doesn’t care. The rooms are not actually attached to the bar/restaurant downstairs so upon check in I I had to ask around as I was not given any instructions, where the barman gave me the owners number and I just had to keep calling until she picked up the phone to tell me the code to the lockbox. The room was fine but nothing special by any means. Breakfast is a room...
