My father had a medical issue beyond the refund window that stopped us from making the original reservation date, Owner allowed us to move our date out a couple of weeks. Everything was clean, the kitchen and dishes were clean. The bathroom was brand new. All of the beds were comfy and clean. I slept on the couch bed in the third room, it was firm and comfortable. It was a great location for us. We were originally from the area and went back to visit...

“The house was cozy and so beautiful. It was newly remodeled so you felt like you were in a brand new home. The attention to detail was a,mazing and Kimberly had is decorated so perfectly. I loved it so much I wanted to move right in. Location was very convenient to town, neighborhood was lovely. I can't wait to go back.”

“It was a wonderful stay. House was in a great location, right on the lake. David met us at the house and did a walk through with us, showing us all the amenities and made us feel very welcome. We fished, hung out on the large blow up raft on the lake and around the fire pit at night, used the kayaks and pedal boat, hot tub and oh there’s a karaoke speaker. We all had a blast. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and beds are comfirtable. We all agreed we would definitely come...

“We had a lovely easy time of things at Lakeview cottage. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a family with two children. Having to use a top bunk is not really for 69 year old women.Easy drive to antiquing in Balston Spa and Saratoga for a show at SPAC.”
