Holiday home in Amalfi - 2 comfy BR - 200m from beaches

Gorgeous holiday home located in an charming historic building of Amalfi centre. A spacious fully self-contained 2 wide bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a large eat-in kitchen. Nice furnished and well equipped with all amenities: A/C, hi-speed WIFI, a big refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster, blender, kettle, washer, hair dryer, iron, etc.
The apartment is conveniently located only a few steps from the main street of Amalfi where are all the shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants of the town but is also removed enough to be quiet.
Beaches are just 4 min. walk from the apartment as well as public transport with the bus and ferry terminus making it easy to go anywhere in Amalfi Coast.

THE SPACE

My holiday home has 2 wide separate bedrooms (up to five guests) both with balcony viewing on a peaceful and sunny private yard, one bathroom with shower and washer, a large eat-in kitchen functional and very well equipped, corridor and entrance. Comfortable and modern, but retaining the classic character of Amalfi coast, with nice furnishing, high ceilings, plenty of space and light. All amenities provided: Hi-speed WIFI, washer, hair dryer, iron, a big refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster, blender, kettle, ect.

1ST BEDROOM has a queen size bed, large wardrobe space with coat hangers, table with two chairs, TV and a nice little balcony.

2ND BEDROOM / LIVING ROOM with two single beds, a comfortable sofa to relax watching TV or read a book (convertible to a single bed 120x190), large wardrobe space with coat hangers, a great table with three chairs, TV, air conditioning and a nice little balcony.

The KITCHEN has a large space for cooking and dining. It is fully equipped with dining table that can seat 5, modern cooker (with electric oven), fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, blender and all cooking tools.

The BATHROOM is large and well decorated, with a large standing shower and washing machine. White fluffy towels as well as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and phon are also provided.

The apartment has hot water both in the kitchen and bathroom, the central heating for the winter.


You will have access to the entire apartment that is located on the first floor of the building which you can reach from the main street, right in the centre of Amalfi.
