Gentile signor Enzo, la metratura della camera "economy" è dettagliata nelle specifiche: 12mq. Con soli 5/10 euro in più si può prenotare una standard da circa 20 mq. Il prezzo è molto concorrenziale, ma spesso anche con piccole dimensioni, molti clienti sono soddisfatti più dalla sua economicità che dalle modeste dimensioni dell'alloggio. Ribadiamo che l'importante da parte nostra, è quella di rendere la scelta che, sottolineiamo autonoma, il cliente fa quando effettua una prenotazione; considerate la dovizia di specifiche e di foto delle camere, pensiamo di assolvere bene al nostro dovere. Desideriamo chiarire meglio alcuni aspetti. L'ingresso della struttura è autonomo, pedonale e diverso da quello a cui fa riferimento l'ospite; quello utilizzato, è semplicemente quello di "servizio", ma più comodo per molti, per raggiungere la reception direttamente dal garage usando l'ascensore dopo aver parcheggiato l'autovettura. Abbiamo 3 sale colazioni, due esterne che vengono richieste dai clienti la quasi totalità delle volte, ed una interna; accanto alla sala colazioni, ma situata dall'altra parte ove è situata la reception. In ogni caso, non vi sono "incroci" tra chi effettua la prima colazione e chi è in partenza. Non accettiamo assolutamente che siano insinuati dubbi sulla qualità dei prodotti della prima colazione: non ne proponiamo uno che non sia di marca.Sfidiamo i più grandi alberghi sull'offerta di prodotti di qualità e di marca. In merito alla camera, il cliente ha scelto la camera "economy" che è l'unica con dimensioni ridotte e senza bidet: motivo per il quale è venduta ad un prezzo più che "stracciato". Tutte le altre camere sono di dimensioni decisamente superiori e non è assolutamente vero che costassero "molto di più" come asserito dall'ospite; con soli € 20,00 in più, nel periodo in oggetto, il cliente avrebbe potuto avere una camera superior da 30mq. Le tariffe sono online ed è facile verificare. Il punto di convenienza personale tra le nostre offerte, è sempre una scelta personale del cliente. Incoraggiamento a fare meglio? Ovviamente accettiamo il suggerimento e lo prendiamo come sprono a fare sempre meglio, ma in merito all'aspetto della chiarezza delle informazioni esposte è per noi veramente difficile esserlo di più di quanto non lo siamo quotidianamente. Incoraggiamo anche noi il cliente, a verificare meglio le situazioni prima di trarne "giudizi affrettati"... Cordiali saluti

Dear Guest,thanks for the stay.We wish to inform you that the beds were replaced 3 years ago with memory foam mattresses; he is probably not used to the new typology and considered them "dated".The absence of a lift for access to the floors, dictated by the difficulty of fitting into a old structure, is clearly highlighted among the characteristics.We are sorry that we may have missed a replacement of the courtesy equipment in the room, but we did it as soon as we were informed (it wasn't even necessary to go down to the reception to ask for it, there is a telephone in the room to communicate...).We are pleased that overall you appreciated your stay and our courtesy.Sincerely

Dear Guest, our availability has been widely demonstrated with the help provided by our staff for the problem. As you found the next day, the air conditioner malfunction was just a wrong setting of the remote control (not everyone knows how to set the AC well); For this reason, the air conditioned has always been working and did not even require the intervention of the technician. Regarding the keys, probably you don't know the use by hotels, but they almost always ask to leave the keys at the reception, with two reasons: to know if the room is busy and to avoid losing the keys (guests complain when they are asked to pay because they lost the keys!). Anyway, the hotel has always obviously a passpartout, for safety reasons,to enter all the rooms. You didn't ask yourself, when you have keep the key with you on the first day of your stay, how did your room be clean and reset when you are come back?
