“Top personeel, behulpzaam, locatie prima tegenover een grote shopping mall”

“good location and good service!”

“Every time I go to Hanoi i book the Super Candle. Their strongest suits are the massage (Linh) and the front desk (the Manager and Dat). Highly recommended”

“The reception was really helpful for any requests. All equipment is well maintained and new. I’d recommend and come back to stay when revisit.”

“Great place to stay in Hanoi!!! Convenient location, nice facilities, really good breakfast. The Residence feels like home!”

“Room was excellent only issue was the wifi internet would stop working everyday technician would have to come work on it.”

“Great for families”

“Clean , great breakfast, plenty of restaurants around the highlights for me was the spa next door went twice and it was really enjoyable”

“Maintenance issues. Very dirty hotel.”
