“Just a regular hotel. They don’t hire enough housekeeping staff so customers are left waiting until midnight for a clean room. The front desk person blamed all the travelers which implied that it was my fault they didn’t have a room ready. A screw in the middle of the floor to hold the carpet down ripped my shoe. They charge $5 to park in their unsecured parking lot and charge for breakfast. Nickel and Dimers. Find better value somewhere else.”

“Everything was wonderful! Will definitely be back when traveling through the area again. Very clean, very comfortable, very pleasant experience — convenient to highway & restaurants a big plus! Also, the pool was OPEN in comparison to so many other places we stayed where the pool was closed for repair, etc. when we arrived. Thank you for your hospitality!”

“Great location off I90! Lots of space in lobby to gather with friends and family. Loved the big screen in lobby where we could watch FIFA games. Felt our room was dark so it needed better or more lighting.”

“This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly.”

“I liked the best was pet free, due to myself and husband with allergies to pets among others. It is hard to find a hotel which is pet free. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. No different for other hotels.”

“Internet was very spotty, had to sign in early time I turned it on and wait, then get knocked off.Toiletries were all ( 5 of them) empty, was told they were back ordered. Bathroom and kitchen area was clean. Bed was comfy.”

“Stayed on a Friday night. June 19th. Parking lot was full. Was on the 3rd floor. Nice room. Bathroom was well lit. Has a pull out sofa in the main room. Not very comfortable. King bed in a private room with doors to separate. Parents slept well. Only 1 tv in the private room. A little spots in the bathroom showed rust and caulk was missing around the tile base trim. Big shower with good water pressure. Refrigerator made noise throughout the night. 3rd wheel won’t sleep well for an adult. Weight...
