“It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. It was under renovations so it wasn't the best kept when you walked into the hotel. Our room was a little dusty, and the shower wasn't all that clean at least to me. Everything else was fine. Sheets and towels all seem to be clean.”

“Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

“The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. “I stayed here last night 4/7/26… first, I was double charged for the room. Manager says it should be back in my card in a few days… we’ll see. At night while blow drying my hair the power went out in my room. Staff came up after I called about 15-20 minutes later. He said there was nothing that maintenance could do… because they had never seen it happen before. “Room was clean, but the mattress need to be updated. I could feel the springs in the mattress while I was laying on it. Very spacious room. The room showed some signs of wear - one of the blinds was missing, there were big paint chips missing on the walls. It was clean, and the staff was VERY friendly! The pool was a plus, and a great way to spend the evening before heading to Splash Lagoon the next day.”
