“Although the hotel doesn't look like much as you enter from the street, once in the door it is beautiful!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant serves meals all day and the food is great and the staff excellent. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The front desk will help with any reservations (cart rental, dinner reservations, air shuttle reservations, water sports) you need. Overall it was a great hotel to book in San Pedro!!”

“Abbiamo passato 5 notti in questo resort e siamo stati molto contenti. É un hôtel piuttosto piccolo, in cui il personale ci tiene a « conoscere » personalmente ogni singolo ospite, creando quindi un ambiente familiare che ci é piaciuto molto. In quanto utenti gold avevamo la colazione inclusa; la colazione é alla carta, il menu é vasto, il cibo ottimo, abbiamo scelto cose diverse ogni giorno. “The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....

“We loved it! Lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea below and around us! Henry and Isis and Daniel were sooo attentive to our every need and whim! The food was great at Chat n Chill, so we didn’t go anywhere else while there except to venture north to swim and beachcomb. Lovely stay!”

“This was our 3rd time staying in the Dock House at the Chat and Chill. What can I say? It’s been so lovely we have come 3 times, 3 years in a row.
