“The gym was well appointed and very clean. We didn't go to the bar but it looked well stocked and staffed. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and was light and airy. Good A/C and overhead fan.Nice balcony overlooking the outside dining area. The staff are amazing. ”

“Rooms are large and have plenty of seating/relaxing area with great views from the balcony. Kitchen is has all items needed for cooking. Washer/dryer in unit. Location is 5-10 min walk downhill (with lower entry gate on the main road) to town and beach area. Uphill return walk takes longer. ”

“The hotel was a great atmosphere, very clean and simple and colorful with all the plants and decorations, you get a great authentic Vallarta experience with awesome housekeeping and great location nothing beats the value .”

“A 15 min walk to the Malecon. The neighbourhood was definitely, off the beaten path, but we always felt safe working both day and evening. ”

“Ideal location right near beach, bars, restaurants. Clean modern rooms with very comfy beds and bathrooms. The staff are incredible. Very attentive and responsive and extremely caring and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.”

“Yes except no stuff to wash dishes or wipe counters. The room with cleaning supplies only had trash bags and cleaning products not a way to wash dishes or wipe counters. But overall excellent check in service and clean friendly atmosphere ”

“The hotel is located right on the river, I had a room with a view. It is in a very nice area, full of shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts. The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm. I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”

“Absolutely fantastic location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our particular unit wasn’t the best as the sliding glass doors opened into a window well so there wasn’t a lot of natural light. Also the pool was super small (too small to swim in). But the location was great. We did use the pool as a dip and cool off pool. The rooftop lounging area was nice too. ”

“We had a really great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. The location is excellent—just over a very walkable bridge to Zona Romántica, which made it easy to explore while still enjoying a slightly quieter setting. The staff truly stood out: warm, friendly, and always going out of their way to help with anything we needed. “The room had a great view of the ocean. There is also a rooftop view available to others without a view (our view was enough in our case). The a/c worked well. The staff were always available when we needed them and helped us out a few times with directions. This was very helpful when we attempted the bus! I would not recommend if you have a wheelchair, walker or other mobility issues (but then, PVR itself would be an issue). Loved this place, very clean, modern and comfortable.”
