The villa’s spacious rooms are divided into two units: the main villa and the dependance.
A grand entrance hall awaits you on the ground floor, as well as an inviting living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large table for eight persons. The manager and staff live near and will keep things running smoothly throughout your stay.
A private chef is available for in-villa lunches and dinners at reasonable prices starting at Euro 80,00 per person.
This exclusive property has a double bedroom with Queen size bed and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, a master bedroom with a Queen size bed, a balcony, an en-suite bathroom on the first floor, and one double bedroom with a Queen size bed on the second floor.
The fourth bedroom is in the dependance which is a few steps from the main villa. Ideal for a couple, it has a French Queen bed size and a bathroom with a shower.
Spend your stay simply enjoying the villa or exploring the area. It’s well worth the path to Punta Corvo's Beach for both the views and the beach, not to mention the 5-minute walk to the nearest Montemarcello village, where you can stop for a drink in one of the bars or sit down to a honeymoon-worthy dinner in one of the restaurants.
Make the journey into Lerici and Cinque Terre or Pisa, Versilia, and Florence for a day of art, fine dining, and shopping, or ask your dedicated concierge about local culinary tours and cooking classes.

LOCATION
This property’s extraordinarily peaceful setting, where utmost privacy is guaranteed, will probably make you reluctant to venture far afield! However, if you do wish to explore the natural and historic attractions of this scenically outstanding area, this location makes it an ideal strategic base.
The seashore is about 5 minutes by car.
The charming old fishing villages of Lerici and San Terenzo, now sophisticated luxury resorts, with fine beaches and excellent restaurants, are about 9 km away. The panoramic coastal road leading to the residence winds its way uphill through luxuriant, seductively aromatic Mediterranean "maquis" vegetation and takes you through a string of picturesque little villages hugging the coastline.
Lerici and San Terenzo are the nearest villages where you can find restaurants, bars, and grocery shops. Regular ferry services run from the port of Lerici to connect with such enticing seaside destinations as Portovenere and the Cinque Terre villages; while further inland you can enjoy cultural sightseeing in the ancient Roman town of Luni, with its fascinating museum. The world-famous Carrara quarries, the source of all of Michelangelo’s superb white marble, is also situated in the near vicinity.
The splendid historic cities of Genoa, Lucca, and Pisa are all about an hour’s drive away, while Florence is approximately 1 hour and a half away by car.
