“Clean room friendly staff nice view to the beach”

“Everything was fine, but i guess i didn't read the part where parking at their fenced in parking lot on the hotel grounds was an additional $20+tax a day. Almost every hotel I have stayed at accommodates their guest with parking. I never thought to even look at that when booking. So...just be aware.”

“Excelente ubicación. No tiene piscina pero el alojamiento tiene excelente condiciones. Valet parking, desayuno incluido, atención al cliente rápida. Un poco de calor en los elevadores. Hotel nuevo. Gracias! Lo recomiendo!♥️”

“The location could not have been better. Walk out the back door to the beach. The room was a nice size and clean. It felt a little tired and I think the entire hotel could use a little refresh. It was very hot and humid when we were there and the in room air conditioning barely kept up. It was ok and not hot in the room but never got close to what I would say was cool/cold. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The onsite restaurant food was average and we were happy to have it.”

“It was as perfect as it can be for a hotel. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean. Rooms had AC. Showers were spacious. Overall, great experience. Have booked here previously and will continue to book here for upcoming trips.”

“Mucho cuidado con este hotel , las imágenes que muestran no son las reales , la habitación en pésimas condiciones y tengo fotos ! La tina del baño con manchas horribles amarillas , las llaves del lavabo casi se desprendían y llenas de sarro Un sillón todo roto ( mejor no pongan nada , da asco ) la rejilla del aire del techo estaba goteando y para terminar encontré en la habitación un empaque de preservativo 😱,,eso quiere decir que la limpieza está terriblemente mala ! en la mañana siguiente...

“I didn't know that you had to request room service before 8am to have them clean the room. Had to request twice towels and toilet paper. I didn't care about cleaning the room but at least take it the trash and remove used towels.”

“The room was decent, but the sheets had cigarette burns and holes. The air conditioning was fine on the first day of our arrival, but by the next day, the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. It was a good thing we brought our fan.”

“This place was horrible. Rooms were dirty - sheets and towels not clean . My kids and I couldn't sleep with all the drunk people being so loud . We will never come back .”

“The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”

“The crew checked in and went to work at 5:00pm after work at 1:30am they gave back keys and left, they never stayed in the rooms!”

“The room was filthy and had a heavy smoke smell. There were many, many mosquitos in the room. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, could feel and hear springs when sitting or lying down. We were so dissatisfied we had to check out a day early. I will be asking for a refund for the last day. We had a helpful maid who couldn't speak but she honored our request to have the bed sheets changed,”

“There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.”

“Room was very clean and the A/C works great! The staff was really friendly at check in. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. There were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and a large bad patch job on the ceiling by the window. Also, my door stuck pretty bad making it difficult to open and close.”
