“Clean room”

“The room was real clean & comfortable. Note the room was warm & stuffy when you first walk in. It must have a smart thermostat. It cooled right away. I wished we had time to visit the hot tub. I try to pick a hotel with a hot tub. The breakfast had good variety of choices.”

“The man checking us in at the counter was very friendly and helpful.”

“Friendly and efficient check in , clean, quiet property. Heavy doors that made the closer safe and efficient. Room was immaculately clean. Food from the Bistro was tasty and comforting. My room was peacefully quiet.”

“Front desk always had something going on. We had to have our toilet fixed twice. We were there for a week and we only had housekeeping come by once. Breakfast was always missing foods or condiments. Went swimming twice, one time we had to dry off with hand towels from the gym as there were no pool towels.”

“The room was dirty (the bed skirt in particular). We never got fresh towels, trash pick up or our beds tidied in the three days we stayed there. Carpeting in the room was stained. Parking lot and landscaping need updating and refreshing. The carpet in the hall was wet and wrinkled (safety trip hazard) and a blower was going 24/7 in hall. That said, the bed was comfortable and the shower warm with good pressure.”

“The room was dirty, not clean at all. Lots of dead bugs smushed against the wall and the window shades. Drain flys all over the room. The closet had a gross sticky, brown substance all over the walls, so clearly attention to detail when cleaning isn’t there. Floor had residue all over it. Staff was okay, not super pleasant but okay. Elevators were slow and we had to walk down the stairs with n the last day due to elevators being used to hall up the new mattresses they were changing.”

“This is decent property. Staff was friendly and helpful. But our key needed to be reprogrammed multiple times. Nice decor and updated, only a little worn in spots (cracked tile on bath floor, rust on pool door). Staff was busy but garbage overflowing in multiple spots. Parking lot looks they are expanding as it is not all paved. Pool is short and shallow good for kids not so good for lap swimming or water fitness. Our suite was nice and roomy and bedding was good quality.”

“First room wasn't cleaned. Second room has no pillow cases on pillows. Garbage all over the outside. A broken chair just sitting in the grass by a tree. Would not recommend”

“Hotel un po trascurato senza ascensore per raggiungere le camere al piano superiore ,lo scarico dell'acqua nella vasca era molto lento noi che eravamo in 4 non siamo riusciti a farla tutti, per il resto camera silenziosa e ampio parcheggio”
