Hotel vicino a American Center - Madison

“This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable”

“I live in michigan and I would literally go back just to stay here! Very clean, the steakhouse was amazing and the room was incredibly clean and comfortable.”

“Location was great”

“It’s actually really clean and room is too spacious given the price and star rating. Staff were very helpful and let me check in early. The hotel is not 2miles away from the hotel , it’s 6.6 miles away. Expedia needs to fix that.”

Friday had stains. Staff was helpful and responded to any issues but these things should have been cleaned in the first place.”

“Dirty and ghetto”

“Price and locatiom”

First from was filthy with no air-condition or chair for desk, working fridge and I could go on. When asked about this, I was told there was not another room with two queen beds, was given a different room, The problems were not just, clumps of dog hair on the carpet, the toilet paper dispenser was pulled out of the wall, the shower rug had blood on it. ...
