“The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked a suite and it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice. The pool was disappointing. It was unclean and there were hairs and bugs floating in it. The pool water actually looked stagnant, so maybe the filter wasn't working. The pool walls and floor were filthy. We were so grossed out that we couldn't even use it. The air conditioner in our room wouldn't not get cold even after setting it to 60. Check in and check out were easy...

“Small parking but I had no issues, nice staff, good AC, but I asked for a non smoker room and when I open the door we felt smell of cigarettes… But after all, nice experience ”

“Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“The staff were friendly and the lobby layout was very nice for my personal needs of having a small family gathering. However, the building seemed to require a bit of upkeep from the outside and there were glasses still on the table in the lobby which had been there since the night before. I had guests on Friday evening and the carpet needed a vacuuming unless they do it in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but some TLC was needed.”

“The overall hotel is very nice but sadly upon my check in they informed me that the ac in all the rooms were not working. Now I can understand stuff happens but to pay $500 a night with no air is crazy. I wasn’t offered a discount or even an accommodation at a sister hotel. I understand that Expedia is a third party but something should have been done but instead they wanted to collect their 500 dollars and have multiple customers complain. Not very happy with that.
